Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Please note that processing times may be longer during new collection launches, promotional sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently offer shipping within the United States.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after your order ships.

• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

• Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note that shipping estimates do not include order processing time and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Some Essence of Her products may be available for pre-order or made to order.

These items may require additional processing time before shipment. Estimated shipping timelines will be provided in the product description whenever applicable.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your items may ship together once the entire order is ready unless otherwise communicated.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are managed by that carrier.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Essence of Her is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before your order ships, but address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household members, neighbors, or local shipping carrier.

For lost or damaged packages, please contact us so we can assist you with reviewing the situation and determining the next steps.

For damaged items, please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We review shipping concerns individually and will work toward a fair resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

International Shipping

At this time, Essence of Her ships within the United States only.
